To begin work on your  vacation experience, a nonrefundable trip planning service fee is required. Once the fee is paid in full, Exquisite Vacations Inc will create trip proposals, secure and confirm travel arrangements as agreed. This fee is separate from the cost of your trip.

I acknowledge and accept that there may be cancellation penalties for individual reservations or group contract penalties that may apply to my travel plans and services.
