Once you have your wedding confirmed; date, time, location and ceremony type, we offer you the option to customize your wedding day with a variety of additional services to create your personal wedding and make your dream day come true!
A selection of arrangements are available at an additional cost, prices provided on this list are for arrangements made with tropical flowers, should you have any other requests please let us know and we‘ll be happy to get a quote for you. If you would like to hire the services of an external florist company, please note the vendor fee is $1,200.00 each per vendor per service and additional staff US$90.00 per person per day apply for DR. $1,000.00 each per vendor per service and additional staff US$90.00 per person per day apply for MEX. (You must notify your Wedding Planner of the name of the external company a minimum of 60 days in advance. Some restrictions might apply).

If décor items are removed, guests will be charged a purchase fee per item missing, including all centerpieces. **
Photoghrapy / Video
Our official and approved suppliers of photography and video are L&V Photography and Cores Films. We have enclosed a selection of their packages for your planning process. Please contact them directly should you have any questions: L&V Photography: firstname.lastname@example.org and Cores Films email@example.com. Our Policy regarding outside service providers including Photography/Video companies includes a fee of $1,200.00 (each) (plus $90.00 per person) for DR and a fee of $1,000.00 (each) (plus $90.00 per person) for MEX. Please note if you hire a company that offers both services (photo and video), the fee will apply per service.
Depending on the time of your ceremony, adding a Cocktail Hour to your wedding event could be a nice touch for your guests. We can offer you a non-private Cocktail Hour, and the drink service will be provided by the regularly scheduled staff within the regular bar service hours as part of the all-inclusive program of the resort. Please note that the purchase of finger foods is mandatory to have the cocktail hour. Please request options and availability of location/time with your wedding planner. **Cocktail Hour in Beach Restaurant Bars must finish by 6:00 pm due to the dinner service hours of the Restaurants**

Private Reception Dinner
The option of having a private dinner is available at our wedding venue locations at an additional
cost. Please note that a group of a minimum of 20 guests is required to have a private dinner reception.

In case you would like to extend your event, there is a cost of $10.00 per person per additional hour (Colonial/Elegance) and $15.00 per person per additional hour (Mirage) for the Open Bar for adults only (18 yrs or older). Please note that private receptions in all open-air locations must end by 11:00 p.m., except for the Ballroom where you can extend it past 11:00 p.m. (an additional set fee applies of $225.00 for use of the location, plus the cost of the open bar per person per hour) (maximum number of guests will be reflected below next to each location). Please note that we offer other private meal options such as Breakfast, BBQ, Dominican Buffet (DR), Dessert Station, Taco Party, Indian Buffet, Mexican Buffet (MX), and Plated Dinner (MX).”

A Non Private Wedding Dinner is available in a section of one of our restaurants, with a set menu for your group at no additional cost for up to 60 guests. Restaurant availab1lity is subject to the discretion of the resort and group size. Please note that no modifications are allowed to the set menu.
* To ensure the comfort of all guests we must maintain consistent programming of musical entertainment in our restaurants. As a result, our restaurant/wedding staff is unable to accommodate requests to change/delete or lower the volume of our regularly scheduled music programs during wedding events or dinner receptions. Thank you for your understanding.
A supplement of $10.00 per person will be charged for groups of more than 60 guests (from guests 61 and up) including kids. For more flexibility and options, please consider a private event option outlined below.

As part of your wedding package, we will provide a basic setup for the ceremony including chairs with white covers for all your
guests, white tulle for Beach or Gazebo locations, and a signing table with white linen. We also provide our basic setup for private receptions (round tables with white linens, chairs with white covers). If your dinner is non-private, the décor provided will be that which is included in the regular dinner service of the restaurant confirmed.
We have a list of available décor packages to customize your ceremony or event. Each location/event will require the purchase of its décor package. Décor Packages and/or all of the items provided are for use during the specified times and are rented items, if items are removed, guests will be charged a purchase fee per item missing (including all centerpieces).
Please ask for our Decoration document for the latest options.
In the event you plan to bring your decorations, a setup fee will apply. Please indicate to us if you want those items to be packed and returned to you, it is included in the cost of the setup fee. You must detail every item that you will be bringing before you arrive to provide you with an accurate cost. Otherwise, if you decide to do the setup yourselves and you are interested in bringing those items back home with you, please make sure you assign someone in your group to pack up everything as soon your event is finished. Neither Majestic Resorts nor the staff may be held responsible for any items lost.
