BOOKING PROCESS

- Click the “Submit a Reservation & Payment” button and fill out the form with your name, room category, travel dates, and credit card billing information.
- Once submitted, allow 24 – 48 business hours or less for an invoice to be sent to your email with your room confirmation number and payment made.
- Once the invoice is received, there will be a payment link to make future payments.
- Payments made using Zelle will require you to complete the form with your legal name, travel dates, and room category. Steps 3 and 4 will follow once payment is sent.

CANCELLATION PENALTIES
- Now 131 days prior to arrival – Hotel Deposit is Non-Refundable.
- 130 -56 days prior to arrival: Any room cancelled will be charged $200.00 per room.
- 55 days or less prior to arrival: Any reduction in room nights or No-shows will be charged 100% of the room rate based on double occupancy as originally booked.
