The All Inclusive Hard Rock Resorts in Mexico and Punta Cana includes a free complimentary wedding package with all the basics for any wedding with more than 32 guests staying at either resort. The more guests you invite to your wedding that stay at the resort, the more perks you will receive for your wedding day food and beverages. This is also true for the Palace Resorts located in Jamaica and Mexico. All resorts have a free wedding package and the inclusions vary by resort. " open="no" style="default" icon="plus" anchor="" class=""]Yes, it is possible to have your wedding in port but prior to booking your cruise, please check with our destination wedding planners to ensure that there is enough time in that specific port to have your wedding. Weddings that are held on an island or other destination outside of the US, may not be considered a legal ceremony. Some islands and other destinations have a required minimum residency to have a legal wedding. Worry not though as some cruise lines will allow a wedding while at sea as well as in port before you sail.[/su_spoiler] [su_spoiler title="Why do I need travel insurance? " open="no" style="default" icon="plus" anchor="" class=""]We always recommend travel insurance as you never know what could happen in your everyday life. Someone important to you could get sick or die or you could suffer an injury that prevents you from traveling. It’s never a bad idea to be prepared for those unexpected circumstances that may arise before or during your trip. There are also different types of insurance coverages to fit every traveler’s needs - from “cancel for any reason” which is the most popular option when booking a package (airfare and hotel or hotel only), to a more comprehensive travel insurance policy depending on your health conditions or other circumstances at home. " open="no" style="default" icon="plus" anchor="" class=""]Travel agents are here to stay and even though clients can book a trip on the internet, not every trip can be booked online. A travel agent /agency has built up relationships with their travel partners (hotels, airlines, tour companies and wholesalers) so they can offer packages not found online or that are far more expensive online. We offer a low deposit of $200 per person when booking an airline and hotel package when flying select airlines and an interest free payment plan to clients. Some destinations will require airfare to be paid in full at the time of booking. Our agents will advise you on the deposits required for your specific trip itinerary. If you run into issues with an online booking you could end up on the phone for hours trying to get to an actual person in a call center. With a travel agent, you have a direct person to talk to and don’t have to jump through all the hoops of an automated system. A travel agent will be there for you before, during and after your travel and we can find cheaper deals than packages found online. [/su_spoiler] [su_spoiler title="Do you charge a fee for your service? " open="no" style="default" icon="plus" anchor="" class=""]We do charge a plan to go service fee for complex & custom itineraries to South Africa and multi - country itineraries. We require a service fee because we do spend a lot of time and effort putting together our custom itineraries with only the best vendors in our portfolio in order to deliver unforgettable service to our clients. This plan to go fee will be applied to the clients final payment invoice. We also do however charge a cancellation fee of $75 per reservation and $150 on custom itinerary cancellations.
